1. Who we are
GoReservely ("we", "us") provides booking and customer management software to appointment-based businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data of our customers (the businesses using GoReservely) and their end-customers who make bookings.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, business name, password hash.
- Business data: services, staff, opening hours, bookings.
- Customer data: names, phone numbers and emails of people who book through your public page.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, log data needed to keep the service running.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to operate the service, provide bookings, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process data under the legal bases of contract (providing the service), legitimate interest (security, product improvement) and consent (where required by law, including marketing emails).
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly needed to run GoReservely (hosting, database, email delivery). These providers are bound by data-processing agreements.
6. Retention
We retain account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR/KVKK and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@goreservely.com to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
