1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GoReservely, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
GoReservely is a subscription software service for managing bookings, staff and services. We may update or improve features at any time.
3. Free trial & subscriptions
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. To start the trial you provide a payment method at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged; cancellations after the first payment stop renewal at the end of the current period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use GoReservely to send spam, infringe others' rights, host illegal content or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into GoReservely. We process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms; significant changes will be announced in the app.
